President - Jessica Snow
Jess has been a member of the New Castle Jaycees for since 2005. She’s the Volunteer and Communications Coordinator at the Newark Senior Center. In addition to managing volunteers and publicizing the Center, she also is responsible for planning several major fundraisers. In 2007, Jess was the New Castle Jaycee's Treasurer. As New Castle President for 2008, she will be looking forward to the challanges of retaining members as well as inviting new members to the Jaycees organization, and will be continuously improve the conditions and activities for the future of the chapter.

Kelly Kershaw - Membership Vice President
Kelly has been a member of the New Castle Jaycees since February, 2007 and is quite excited regarding her newest position as Membership Vice President where she will strive to keep abreast of current members’ wants/needs and promote awareness of the Jaycees. In the short amount of time Kelly has been involved with her chapter, she had attended, chaired and co-chaired numerous events and is looking forward to a great year for the New Castle members. As Membership Vice President, Kelly will cultivate a relationship with the chapter ensuring its’ members are getting what they deserve – an organization devoted to personal growth, leadership development, making friends and community involvement.

Michael Snouffer - Treasurer
Michael has been a member of the New Castle Jaycess since December 2006. He previously held the position of Treasurer in the Institute of Industrial Engineers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As the chapter Treasurer, Michael looks forward to the opportunity to be more involved with the board and the inner-workings of the chapter. |

Beth Ann Scullin - Leadership Developer
Beth Ann has been a member of the Jaycees for a little less than a year, and decided to get more involved by becoming a Local Director. As a Marketing Account Executive for the Blood Bank of Delmarva, she is also an active member of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce and YDAC (Young Donor Action Committee). In her new role with the Jaycees, Beth Ann will act as a communications liaison between the Board and members.

Lalena Luna - Leadership Developer
Lalena has been a member of the New Castle Jaycees since September 2007. She is a Program Coordinator in the Activities & Programs Office of the University of Delaware. In her spare time she works as a party dancer/motivator for corporate events, parties and mitvahs, is a member of Jack's Kickboxing and an aspiring model. In the short time she's been involved with the Jaycees, Lalena has attended and assisted with several events and co-chaired the December Holiday Party for the Foster & Adoptive Parent Association. She looks forward to promoting the Jaycees to the community, planning new and exciting events, and helping to increase membership as well as getting current members more involved. |

Becki Fogerty - Leadership Developer
Becki Fogerty has been with the Jaycees since August 2007. Having moved to Delaware from Washington, DC in July, Becki is the Manager and Program Head of the Office of Women's Affairs at the University of Delaware. She hopes to get to know Delaware through the local members and will make sure their voices are represented in her role with the Jaycees.

Frank Dowling - Chairman of the Board
Frank has been involved with the Jaycees for only a few years, his experience and background lends itself well to leading this organization. For more than 9 years, he has been building a successful financial education business. He has served the New Castle Jaycees as Membership VP in 2006 and Chapter President in 2007. He has been elected to President of the Delaware Jaycees for 2008. He is also involved in the DE State Chamber, Foster Parenting, and church committees. The Chairman of the Board’s role is to support the board in its continued growth and needs. |
