Jaycees' Bachelor/Bachelorette Auction
to be held Saturday, November 7, 2009
at the Deerfield Country Club.

In order to register, please do the following:

(1) On the small "" button below, click and save the file.  The file is in Microsoft Word format. (if you do not have MS Word, click here)

(2) Open the file and complete the requested information. 

(3) Save the file again.

(4) To submit the registration file, send an E-mail to Lalena Luna  ( lalena323@gmail.com ), and attach the file to the E-mail.
