RULES & REQUIREMENTS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Formal wear (dresses, suits, etc) is required - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Must agree to accompany your winning bidder to a career related “date” at yours or your company’s expense. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - It will be your responsibility to initiate scheduling the date with the winning bidder and you will be asked to inform the New Castle Jaycees of when your date has been scheduled. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Please be assured we are not trying to make any business deals or referrals, only introductions of professionals from different fields to parties interested in networking with or learning from them. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - New Castle Jaycees assume no responsibility for professionals or bidders once the meeting has occurred. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Your address will not be given out, it is only for our records and to ensure we can get you all the information needed. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - You must be available on Saturday 11/7 at 4:30 PM for rehearsal/preparation, and stay for the duration of the event (including private VIP receptions before and after) from 6:30 pm until 10 pm. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - A recent headshot or photograph is requested to be submitted with the application. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Submitting the application grants us permission to use your name, company and photo if selected for the program brochure as well as publicity purposes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Applications are due Wednesday 10/21/09 to Lalena323@gmail.com. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - A committee will be reviewing from the pool of applicants to choose a select number of participants.
