Jeff Taylor - President
Jeff has been a member of the New Castle Jaycees since 2006. Joining the chapter to assist with many opportunities the Jaycees offer, he also worked on his leadership skills by serving on the Delaware State Jaycees Executive Board as Treasurer in 2008. In 2009, Jeff served as Treasurer for the New Castle Jaycees, a natural fit; as he is employed as an accountant with the State of New Jersey. He enjoys traveling with his wife Nicole, along with watching the 2008 World Champion Philadelphia Phillies, the Eagles, and the Flyers. He looks forward to using his previous board experience to run the chapter as the 2011 President.

Eric Norimatsu - Chapter Management Vice President
Eric joined the Jaycees in October 2009 to provide volunteer assistance to the community and network with great people. He achieved the Jaycee of the Month award in November and has volunteered at many major events such as the Foster Care Association Holiday Party, Sojourner's Thanksgiving dinner and the Charity Date Auction. Eric is looking forward to another great year on the board, transitioning from Secretary in 2010 to the Chapter Management Vice President in 2011. Managing a chapter requires great attention to detail, similar to his position as an Operations Support Representative in Quality Control Inspection at HSBC bank. Eric enjoys bowling, music, movies, attending parties with friends, social networking, playing RPGs, karaoke, band games and working with computers.

Amber Scott - Membership Development Vice President After a year as a Jaycee, starting in 2008, Amber participated in many Jaycees activities on a part time basis, such as the Jaycees Games and serving on the committee for Speed Dating hosted by Michael Waite. After some life/schedule changes, she was more than sold on the Jaycees concept and anxious to serve more often! She has participated in such events as the Center for Horticulture Riverfront tree planting effort and toy drive and collection of donations to Riley's Kids. She also attended a life changing event and was able to be a part of the swear in ceremony by the 2010 Jaycees World President. In 2010, as a fully active member, she received the Rookie of the Year award for service. It was very exciting for her, especially on the heels of being voted into her new board position as Membership Development Vice President. In her non Jaycees time, Amber owns a Home Staging / Organizing business and a Marketing / Promotion company. She has an MBA with a Finance minor and an MS in Marketing and is looking forward to applying her education to the betterment of the organization. She is a tattooed model and activist, promoting positivity in art and respect for women with ink. Amber is an active volunteer with the Queen Theatre, the Grand Opera House, the Boys and Girls Clubs, Faithful Friends, the American Cancer Society and the Breast Cancer Foundations. She has coached cheerleading, dance and gymnastics for 15 years and enjoys performing through singing, dance and theatre. With her extensive background, she is looking forward to increasing membership and community awareness of the Jaycees and their efforts.

Lalena Luna - Chairman of the Board As New Castle Chapter President in 2010, Lalena takes her post as the Chairman of the Board for 2011. She joined the New Castle Jaycees in September 2007, looking to network with other young professionals and help organize community events. She quickly became an active member, volunteering and coordinating major events, such as the Foster Care Association Holiday Party, the New Castle Chapter's 50th Anniversary Party, the first ever Charity Date Auction and even performed in the "Jaycee Idol" at the National Convention in San Diego. Lalena helped the Jaycees through the "Reaching New Heights Together" campaign and helped members further themselves both professionally and personally. With that, she surely took the Jaycees to the next level! It is with great honor and respect that we wish our fearless leader the best in her newest endeavor! Lalena is currently following her dreams as Dance Captain in Port St. Lucie, Florida, at the Club Med Sandpiper Resort!! We are so thankful for her contributions to the chapter and look forward to sharing in her further successes! Go get 'em Miss Lala!!
